The Jig Zonker is a modern jig-style adaptation of the classic rabbit-strip streamer, combining natural movement with improved balance and control. A wide-cut rabbit strip forms the body, producing continuous, lifelike motion even during slow retrieves or pauses. The jig-hook platform keeps the fly riding hook-point up, reducing hang-ups when fishing near structure or along the bottom. A weighted head allows the fly to sink efficiently while maintaining stability in current. The simple, durable construction preserves the fly’s profile through repeated use. Designed for deliberate strips, swings, and lift-and-drop presentations, the Jig Zonker remains effective across varied water conditions.
